Annual Membership – Important Notice
From 1 April we’re changing the way we do things. The Club is going online. Memberships will be managed online.
Club members will be able to Join, Renew and Pay their subscriptions via this website. All members will need an email address and bank card to maintain their membership with the club.
Procedural Changes
Memberships will be renewed this year using the Club’s Membership Portal. Each member will be required to complete an application form either online or at a nominated joining event where guidance will be provided
Using the “Join Now” link will open an new tab to the Club’s Membership Portal, here you can do the following:
- New member applications
- Member renewals
- Payment requests
Your member profile will also be accessible to view and edit once created.
New member Applications

- Member completes the application Form
- Member confirms details
- Member chooses a payment method. The only payment method will be via card payment.
- Membership confirmed by email.
Member renewals
As this is the first year for online memberships there will be no need for member renewals. This will be introduced in future years.
