Fishing Rules

1. All members and Day Ticket holders are to fish from a single designated peg.
2. The footpath around the reservoir must not be impeded by any fishing equipment i.e. bivvie’s, umbrellas or any other fishing tackle.
3. Two rods maximum may be used by any one member at a time from a single fishing station.
4. No baited rods are to be left unattended.
5. All fish to be returned to the water alive.
6. No live-baiting.
7. Carp can only be weighed and released and not kept in keep-nets  during pleasure fishing.
8. All anglers must be in the possession of disgorger and landing net.
9. Carp pellets and paste allowed.  No trout pellets or high oil content pellets allowed.
10. No closed season on Hoddlesden & Jumbles Reservoirs.
11. No trout to be retained in keep nets.
12. Keep nets must conform to EA guidelines.
13. Please take all litter home.
14. Bloodworm and joker is banned on all Club Waters as hook bait or feed.
15. No spinning on Jumbles Res.
16. All members fishing on Club Waters will be held responsible for all litter surrounding their pegs regardless of whether it is their own or left by someone else.
17. No night fishing on any Club Waters. Fishing is from dawn until dusk.
